Return and Exchange

We hope you love your order. If for any reason you’d like to return or exchange an item, simply submit a request within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Valid proof of purchase is required (order number).

  • Items must be unused, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Products should be returned in their original protective packaging (including box, dust bags, etc.) to ensure safe transit.

Please note that Aylla reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions, including items that show signs of use or are missing original packaging.

If a returned item does not comply with the above requirements, it will be sent back to the original shipping address, and return shipping costs will be deducted accordingly.


How to Request a Return

Online Orders:

  1. Submit your return request within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at info@ayllaofficiel.com.

  2. A pickup will be scheduled for your return. Shipping fees will apply depending on your location.

  3. Once your return has been inspected and approved by our quality team, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used (excluding shipping fees). Processing times may vary between 4–15 business days, depending on your payment provider.
